Returns Policy

We genuinely want you to be delighted with your order. Your satisfaction is our priority.

If, for any reason, you find yourself less than completely satisfied, you have a generous 14-day window to return items for a refund.

How do I return my order?

Please send the items back to:

Ensure that you enclose the returns form, which includes your order number.

Your order refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items, provided they meet the criteria outlined in the ‘Conditions of Returns’ below. To streamline the process, please note that we can only accept goods returned in accordance with this policy.

The items must be returned unwashed, unworn, with all labels and tags intact. We recommend trying on garments without wearing fragrance, deodorant, or makeup to prevent marks or scent transfer.

Footwear will only be accepted if returned unworn, in its original, unmarked, and undamaged box.

Goods will not be accepted if returned in any other condition.

If you are eligible for a refund, we can only process it with a Returns Form containing clear refund instructions. If you don’t have your Returns Form or have misplaced the original, please email [email protected], and we will promptly provide you with a new one.

Upon receiving the goods in line with the Conditions of Return, we will refund your order within 14 days.

Please note that return costs are your responsibility unless you are returning an item due to a fault.
