We are pleased to offer our customers a ‘pay-in’ deposit system, allowing you to make regular payments on items placed on deposit for up to 3 weeks.

How do I resolve an issue with an order?
While it’s rare, mistakes can happen. If there’s an issue with your order or the items themselves, please inform us immediately.

How long does it take to get refunded?
If you adhere to our returns procedure, you should receive your refund within 14 days of returning the item to us. However, in most cases, refunds are processed much sooner.
