Please note: Delivery time may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors (such as customs inspection, weather, holidays, etc.).
💰 Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated according to the destination, 13.8 US dollars.
Some areas may need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes, which are borne by the recipient.
📍 Logistics tracking
All packages come with a logistics tracking number, and you can use the link provided to check the status of the package at any time.
If your order has not been received after the estimated delivery time, please contact customer service and we will assist you in checking the logistics information.
📦 Order Modification and Address Change
After submitting the order, if you need to modify the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. It is recommended that you contact the courier to adjust the delivery arrangement.
🚨 Lost or Damaged Package
If your package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the package and provide the order number and relevant photos. We will handle it for you as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for the loss of packages due to incorrect addresses or no one signing for them. Please make sure to fill in the correct delivery information.
📢 Other Notes
Currently, we do not support delivery to some remote areas or military addresses (APO/FPO).
